I have attempted to understand where the Democrats are coming from on this issue and how they feel it helps their cause by appearing to not support our troops. Needless to say it has been a lost cause.

20 years of my life were spent travelling this world as the daughter of an American soldier and I have spent 33 years married to a Marine. Please do not let me hear the Democrats who suppport this move tell me they support the troops but not the war. You simply cannot have it both ways. There is one Commander in Chief and a wonderful military who follows his orders. And that, dear Democrats is the way the Constitution provides whether you like it or not!
