In a deliberate effort to not talk about the Virginia Tech murders because everyone else is covering that story I want to bring your attention to Mary Winkler, wife of the killed minister Matthew Winkler.
Mary Winkler has admitted pulling the trigger on the shotgun that killed her husband, but she seems to have some pretty compelling testimony.
Mary Winkler said she just wanted to talk to him when she went into their bedroom at the church parsonage, but she was terrified. He was physically and sexually abusive, she said.
That day, she just wanted to stop him from being so mean, she said.
After the gun fired, she ran from the house, she said. “I thought Matthew would be mad at me, and I didn’t know what he would do to me.”
Earlier Wednesday, Mary Winkler testified her husband punched and kicked her, forced her to have sex she considered unnatural and refused to grant her a divorce.
The defense showed the jury a pair of white platform-heel shoes and a wig she said her husband wanted her to wear during sex.
Mary Winkler, 33, talked quietly, her eyes downcast as she described their sex life. She said her husband wanted her to look at pornography before sex, and photos she identified as coming from her husband’s computer were entered as evidence.
She testified that he once kicked her in the face, and hit her, pushed her down and hit her with a belt. Shortly after they were married, “he just got me down and told me that I was his wife and we were family now, and he just screamed and hollered,” she testified.
“I just wanted out,” she said.
The defense has said Mary Winkler intended to hold her husband at gunpoint only to force him to talk about the incident involving their 1-year-old daughter, Breanna, and that the shooting was accidental. She testified that her husband had put his hand over Breanna’s nose and mouth to make the baby stop crying.
Several witnesses for the prosecution said they never saw any sign that Matthew Winkler was abusive. The couple’s 9-year-old daughter, Patricia, testified that she had a good father and she never saw him mistreat her mother.
If her story is true, this woman lived through hell with her preacher husband.
No one, including their nine-year old daughter knows what went on between the two of them in private.
Like the Andrea Yates case a few years ago, there seem to be extenuating circumstances that would put a reasonable doubt into the minds of the jurors.
If she is found guilty of anything I hope it’s not murder, but involuntary manslaughter. To me, it seems she’s done her time in prison.

This story is a heart breaker. Unless I had been through the abuse, that she claims, it would be impossible for me to set in judgment on a jury.
I watched my mother go through it for years. When I turned 16 I put an end to it. Even if it meant killing him to stop the horrible things he was doing, I would have.
This woman has probably gone through hell and my heart goes out to her. Until it is proven otherwise I will believe her.
If I were on the jury I would have made up my mind the day she started testifying that I wasn’t going to convict her of first degree murder. I believe her story and although I didn’t watch the trial her body language should have spoken volumes too.
BS, here we go again. abused wife shoots huband and cries “he abused me”. with as many facilities that women have to seek help, this is not a reasonable reason. Call the cops. If you’re a man, you’re going to jail. Face it, her word is gospel. Oh, I didn’t mean to pull the trigger, More BS, I have owned guns my whole life and have never, ever had one discharge without considerable effort on my part. If you discharge a gun, “it went off unexpectedly” is a lie. This is true for civilians, soldiers, and above all our local and state police. These people have training. If you beat a dog enough times you break his spirit. Maybe you need to attend a class or read up on abusive relationships. When you feel there is no hope and you have 3 children what do you do? You keep taking the abuse and hope you can finally please the man.

i feel so sorry for mary winkler. when does in the name of religion stop. he was an absolute nut and it is obvious from her comments she needed to protect herself and her child. she put up with abuse for herself but when it came to her child she could not continue. what is so hard to understand here!!!!!!!!!!!! not guilty should have been the verdict.

Perhaps a man could concieve that Ms. Winkler would or did “get off easy” because of her gender. I believe this distinction could be made in most trials if we base our feelings on gender, race or religion.
A prime example is the OJ Simpson trial where many believed he was guilty well beyond a reasonable doubt and many professed his lack of responsibility for the crime.
In any criminal case (especially one which involves murder) none of us knows the absolute truth. It all comes down to the believeability of the defendant. If Ms. Winkler was abused for a number of years and if the Pastor attempted to harm their child, as a member of a jury I would have to show her compassion. And if the Pastor were in her chair and she was no longer with us, I like to believe I would think no differently.

What it is about is this– “women always tell the truth”.. women therefore always believe women, no matter how absurd it is… and then “women never do anything wrong and if they do, it is because a man made them”. It is absolutely unbelievable that women actually will ignore a man blown out of his bed while sleeping by a point-blank blast by a shotgun in the back, yielded with deadly accuracy and intent by the sadistic , sociopath, Mary Winkler. I think the opinions, attitudes, and actions of most women against men are the last outposts of fashionably acceptable bigotry. I light a woman up if she says this anti-male stuff around me. As far as Simpson– I think, and I am white male from MS– that he was a guilty man who was framed by the police.I saw a lot of the trial and I have little doubt that the police planted evidence because they “knew” he did it.( the bloody sock in the middle of the bedroom in a neat freak’s house, the glove that Fuhrman “found” etc, ). For instance, Fuhrman and Van adder driving over to OJs and jumping the fence. That was illegal as heck. All evidence from that “search’ should have been barred. You cannot jump someone’s fence onto his private property because you think he may be there washing up. Remember– the cops said they feared for OJ’s safety– Ha– What a joke…
When they put those shoes on him at the civil trial, I knew he was indeed guilty…
The prosecution was incompetent, strange things went on with evidence, Ito lost control, the defense was great, Fuhrman perjured himself, and no matter what anyone says– those gloves did not fit !
Simpson is a strange case– how does he live with himself after a brutal double-killing, the mother of his children and a nice young man who was a bystander? He was such a “nice man” before that. Was it a “rage killing” as the detective said ? “It was overkill”–… and what the heck happened to the weapon and the bloody clothes ?…. Hmmmm…
First I must say that yes your posts are heated but having commented and read at many blogs, we have all seen that before. Sometimes certain issues drive us all to react in a manner we would ordinarily not.
I certainly did not pre-judge the Duke case and by the second week began to feel that those fellows were being set up for the sake of an election. It is a travesty when anyone is charged or convicted with a crime they did not convict.
I think you will notice the writers here tend to preface things which may have various opinions or outcomes with words such as If or possibly. Diverse thinking is encouraged and welcomed here which is why I know I as a commentor feels comfortable.
You have a lot to offer as you make some very valid points in the OJ case. It is one that will stay with many of us forever for many of the reasons you point out, but again I say, no matter what our personal beilefs we will never know the truth.
This thing is unbelievable. I am sickened by this lady being allowed to murder her husband and get off with basically a slap on the wrist. And what did he do that was so bad. Try to spice up their boring sex life. How dare a husband ask his wife to play a little dress up in the privacy of their bedroom to spice up their sex life with a little role play!! Jay I believe OJ took the bloody clothes and the knife to Chicago and got rid of them. The Limo driver testified that OJ had a bag that he wouldn’t allow him to touch. OJ cut those people up no doubt and this is coming from an African American male.
I believe that justice worked this time. Although she didn’t get what some people would like, she is being punished. She did kill her husband and even if he did deserved it, and I have no way of knowing that, we can’t be taking the law into our own hands.
I totally agree she lived her life in prison and I believe it started the day she was born. She had no self esteem, no money, sounds like an old time fundamental Christian world out of the 1800’s. The reason she did not leave is because that world is the only one she knew….and finally one night she snapped. Now Matthew’s parents are filing a wrongful death suit against her. Gee what they take? It must be the clothes off her back so she can look like Eve in the Garden of Eden. These are the same parents that raised that monster husband of hers and now have custody of her precious children…..who most likely have been brainwashed into hating their mother. I hope she serves a short sentence and gets the therapy she needs to move forward and gets custody of her three children so they can be a family again. My heart is out to you Mary Winkler. 99% of divorce attorneys know the best way to start a divorce proceeding is to file a PFA, (Protection from abuse order).
The anti-male form of bigotry and discrimination has now reached a level that has allowed a woman to walk away from a life sentence for cold blooded murder. Keep in mind he was in bed sleeping when she shot him in the back.
This same anti-male bias is played out around the country everyday in divorce courts and child custody cases.
It’s now open season on the American male. All you need to do is accuse a man of abuse and you can get away with murder. This man couldn’t defend himself from the grave and the prosecution didn’t convince the jury he was not abusive in spite of his profession as a man of God and no previous accusations of abuse.
What chance do you have for a fair trail in America today?
No burden of proof was needed to accuse this man of abuse, only one accusation from a woman trying to stay out of jail.

Most judges want to be viewed as sympathetic to the plight of an abused women during a
re-election campaign so they issue PFA’s like traffic tickets only based on one accusation.
We have enough wisdom to not allow women to testify against there husband in a criminal court of law because we know they are biased, but we don’t make the connection when it comes to accusations of abuse??
Attacking the victim is an old trick used by defense attorneys to derive sympathy for their client and gain a lighter sentence.
Gentleman…It’s the system ..It’s bad, biased and we get to pay for it with our blood and wealth! The message is clear, Sleep alone & lock your door or move to a country that’s legal system is not filled with politics and anti-male bigotry.

I am so tired of hearing some critics saying “oh she shot him in his back” he wasn’t doing anything at the time. Why didn’t she just walk out? Well ladies and gentleman, walking out is a reasonable suggestion when you’re dealing with a rational person, but not when you find yourself married and or involved with an abuser!! The intimidation a person feels is converted to intense fear and sometimes as in this case the victim occassionally takes his or her chances and rebels against the perpetrator. Sorry to tell some of you that life is not a rose garden for everybody. I’m glad that the verdict was not so severe that she would be imprisoned for a longer period of time. I think she’s been punished enough. She needs counseling and healing as do her children so that they don’t fall into the same situation again.
Until you have lived with a wife/child abuser you cannot guess about what you would do. Years ago I passed up an opportunity to shoot my husband when I found him partying with other women in a motel. I had a gun in my hand. Now that I am an old woman and life has finally caught up with the abuser who is in jail for other offenses, I’m glad I didn’t shoot when I had the chance. Mary Winkler lost control of herself and this mindless act will follow her the rest of her days. It affects everyone in her family for the rest of their lives. Murder is a selfish act. May God forgive her. May she forgive herself.

I perfectly understand that being manipulated in an abusive relationship could drive someone insane, and ultimately get them to do anything trying to get out of the situation. However, we do not know what REALY happened. HE is dead; SHE is still alive and could say whatever she want’s.
The question is “why did the jury believe her story”?
The answer is: we live in a feminist, anti male society. Men are seen as violent and abusive. Unfortunately, men have bought in to this notion, and are seeing themselves as the women portray them. Women are aloud whine, cry and PMS’ing while driving their husbands nuts; but when the husband reacts, he is a monster; an abuser.
Again, I am not saying she wasn’t abused; I only pointing out that this is not the reason she was let go. She was let go because of our sick and screwed up social rules.
I grew up in a home much like Mary Winkler describes. A preacher father who was abusive to my mother, my sisters and myself. He was physically (not sexually to my sisters and I) and verbally abusive to us all. I didn’t find out until I was older and my mother finally got away from him (with us in tow) that he had threatened her life on more than one occasion. He claims to not remember any of these things today. I was 14 years old when we finally left. As a child going through it, I was suicidal and wanted to end the pain myself. No one understands unless you have grown up in a religious household that gives the husband/father the authority to treat their wife and childern this way what it is like and why it isn’t as easy as “walk away”. I had a feeling from the moment that I heard about the shooting that abuse was a major factor. I am not excusing her actions by any means. My mother did the right thing by getting out but we didn’t do so without suffering for years to come including having my father stalk my mother daily. My prayers are with the Winkler children that they are able to recover from this trama and live productive, happy lives. It certainly won’t be easy.
To all the men who hate women, we do not live in a “feminist, anti male society” We live in a human sociaty and as such mistakes are made. Not to long ago (1940’s-50’s) the stigma of diviorce was so great both men and women stayed in unhealty abusive marrages. This abuse was often transferd to the children. One of my friends mothers told me that she would have stayed married to the violently abusive man she married, accept he then started in on the children. That was what finally gave her the courage to leave. Not all people can take that step. Abuse takes away your self esteem andoften leaves you feeling helpless.
Men suffer abuse as well. They just don’t talk about it as much. I finally convinced a male friend of mine that the emotional abuse he was getting from his wife was affecting their children. But unless you see it, you would think they were the ‘perfect’ family. This man is now on anti-depressants, and i had known him long before he met and married his wife. He never needed them untill he was conitnually made to feel usless.
So do not think that she got away with something. She suffered and snapped and is now paying for her crime. Our sociaty let her down when she felt she had no other way out than the one she took.
As to the sexual abuse. IF you FORSE someone to engage in acts that they do not want to, that is abuse, not ’spicing up a dull sexlife’ He married the wrong woman if that is the type of sex he wanted. But he should NOT have forsed her. (B comment #13, it sounds like you want that type of sex and are not getting it so you hold your anger against all women)
This fellow is exactly right– women have no idea how angry a lot of men are– and they would be ,too , if the genders were reversed ! Most women just cannot think objectively, fairly, rationally– and ,most importantly, on a moral basis. That sounds obviously sexist. Unfortunately for men, its true. (I have many years to confirm it– I always pose as a neutral listener and query women on male/female scenarios and have been doing so since about 1976.) Just read the posts of women all over the Internet– like animals, completely indifferent to a man’s brutal murder, betraying minds so weak and so sexist, a total indifference to any principle of justice or ethics, so that you understand why women were not allowed on juries, to vote or to be licensed as professionals ( a little fun sexism there ! )

It is indeed sad.. I have never met a woman who could see it. Women really do think they are special people with special needs and special rights, that they are better than men and men’s lives are not worth as much as theirs.
This trial is not worth discussing. I have a law degree. I knew what would happen and posted elsewhere as such. Its been repeated ad nausem over the years. But this is the nadir– stone cold guilty, by her own confession. All she had to do was “allege” abuse– and — get out of jail free. ANy sane woman should realize this is a disaster for our judicial system. It is also a disaster for male- female relationships.. And the female attitude and reaction is inevitable. Women have no appreciation of what justice, fairness, equal treatment, etc mean. Kohlberg ’s “research” back in the 60s yielded the insight I think is valid– that women never attain the level of morality that men do, one based on abstract concepts of the good, the right, justice, fairness, duty etc. ANy discussion with individual women yields that awareness. A discussion with a group of women reveals you are dealing with a gender so bereft of reason and moral rectitude that they actually enjoy hurting men, actually will laugh about a man’s pain or suffering, that they will repeatedly deny your humanity and violate your personhood.
I guess I should give a little background. I have UG degree in psychology and biology from UAlabama. I have a law degree from UTexas. Didn’t finish PhD at UMinn. in Behavior Genetics/Biological Psychiatry. One of my main intersts besides psychiatry was and is , sex differences… Let me tell you– there IS NO empirical basis for these “expert” witnesses. Its ideology– its almost always a woman”expert” and she never met a woman defendant who wasn’t battered.. Ther is absolutely no evidence for “Battered Wife Syndrome” as it is used in court, putatively as going to state of mind– but actually employed so the Defense can introduce all kinds of allegations to so destroy a man’s character , that women don’t mind that he was killed.
Most women are impervious to any discussion on the issue..They just innately believe they are just SPECIAL and men and the world should meet their special needs and rights– even if it means letting her off for a killing a man. When you talk to men and only men– they already know it– they have been victimized for 35 years. Even the younger guys know it. Its not news to them . They always nod in agreement. Men just do not talk about it. You do and you are considerd anti-female or weird. Men are fighting against their own beliefs that you should not say negative things about women– this pre-dated the Women’s Movement ( I was taught that as a boy in the 60s and early 70s never to say things that MIGHT insult women– Women sure missed that lecture. They will rejoice in hacking off our sex organs in our presence !)— and that men should not complain.
What was the last straw for me personally was the Bobbitt case. I knew then that there was no hope for a gender that displayed the hate and veniality that reminded me of the folks depicted in the photographs from the old South, with the women, men, and children, laughing and smiling as a mutiliated black man hung from a rope in the background. THAT is the moral status most women betrayed they occupy. There is no room for raional duscussion with such a gender– there is no room for appeals to decency, decorum, morality. That was the sickest public display of hate since the Klan marched in the South and the Nazis held forth at Nuremberg. It will be seen as such in the future. Anyone going through the documents– Vanity Fair “a genuine folk heroine”, People , one of the 25 “Most Intruiging People of the Year”. Think maybe there is something sick here ? Just maybe? Think that might be– may be gross sexism. think women had a problem with it ? No they loved it and said as much.Thats a long story.. But it was the majority of women. The LEAST response was by a female critic who said “Men’s worst nightmare and many women’s occasional fantasy”. That tells you all you need to know about the female gender. Most of them occasionally “fantasize” about chopping off their husband’s or boy friend, or stranger’s ( or son’s) sex organs– and always in their sleep !. What an indictment ~! I have never met a man, no matter how angry at a woman who talked about cutting up her genitals. Men would think he had serious problems. Not women. Hey , its our fantasy !! etc ad nausem…Just imagine the genders reversed– no normal man would act like 80% of women did..
Most women are incorrigible. The only thing you can hope for is one who doesn’t talk about her anti-male/pro-female views in front of you. But just let her get with mixed company or worse, with–”the girls” and they all will puke forth things about men that shock the conscience of any moral person –
One last thing– what dear ladies is funny about kicking a man in the testicles? Why is that funny ? If a man drove his foot into a woman’s genitals would that be funny?– Oh. no– If a man cut up a woman’s genitals in her sleep– would that be funny ? Oh, no — a vicious crime ! Most women are so insensitive and so pro-female ( more than anti-male) that it never occurs to them to do such thought experiments or to think– Shouldn’t I care about all people’s rights and seek to protect them, rather than viciously dehumanizing men ?
Well guys– there is going to have to be male action now. We are dealing with an intransigent ENEMY that will not negotiate… You see, women get real scared when men talk about fighting back…. Like the man who killed his wife when he stopped her from hacking off his genitals in his sleep ( by the way, this IS Not an unusal act for women,its being reported and then reaching the papers is. Many women think its justified for cheating on them. They really do– just ask them. I wonder if they think it s OK for men to attack them do under the same circumstances– Why , of course not. We are WOMAN and we have special rights and are immune from normal rules of behavior)

One piece of advice– if you are a woman and you want to make a good impression on a man or men– see the man’s viewpoint and actually defend it in front of them. Believe me— they will think you are a man’s woman and you will immediately have a lot of male friends– and dates. Women always insult and degrade us– one that doesn’t and actually sees our side , is a real gem. It doesn’t matter how she looks etc– you automatically want to see more of her.If you are seeking male company, try it. you will be amazed at the results

Lord, help me, to see the right way to go. I know you do not want me in a situation that is harmful to me or my children. A marriage filled with hurt and without love is not what you wanted.

Sometimes people just don’t where to turn
Jay – what woman hurt you so bad thay you hate us all? We do not all want to castrate men.
I want justice for BOTH genders and fairness for all races. It will be a long time coming until we ALL put ourselfs in the other persons shoes. If you want women to look at things from a man’s view point, then maybe you should take your own advice and REALLY listen and look at it from ours.
To all of you non believers about what goes on behind closed doors I’ll say, shame on you. Just because he was a preacher does not mean that he was 100% of the man that he pretended to be. Oh yes to those outside he was see as a kind, loving husband…I was married to one of those myself. And this is not just a male issue; there are plenty of females out there that are all for the cameras. Marriage is about a commitment to one another as an equal partner and in that partnership if you so choice to have children then those children are just as important as your relationship with your husband or wife. This is what God intended. It is a shame that people hide behind their religion but, God knows that truth and the truth will be told on judgement day. You do sew what you reap. Nothing happened to me– women have been real good to me. Down here in Mississippi, the women are great to us generally. They have about 50% of the anti-male/pro-female stuff, but they generally do not say it in front of men. Being a “lady” is still important to women down here. They like it when you open doors for them and do all the things us guys were trained to do for women back in the day. Its fun– because they smile back ! Most women don’t know that it makes a man feel great to help a woman do anything. Just ask a man for help– he will always help– at least down here. We don’t think women are incapable, but why should they get that nice dress dirty when we can change the tire for them ?
And it still works the other way– they do things for us that women are traditionally better at. And they like it. We like it. Everything is great.
Its really humourous. My best girlfriend in college– asked me once, in disgust, as I railed against feminism– “Have you ever met any women like that ?” Uh– no… I think she was telling me to shut up…
I guess what got me going was reading the Feminine Mystique ( a totally dishonest book ) when I was a sophomore in Sociology class. The prof told me to read more. I did– I read about 20 feminist books over the next year. Feminism is the most repulsive, irrational, male-hating pile of drivel.. it is a hate crime. So I guess it was reading the founding documents of feminism that did me in. Any person who does is disgusted– ‘Amazon Odyssey”, “Women and Madness” “Sexual Politics’ “The Female Eunuch”, “The SCUM Manifesto” “The Dialectic of Sex” “Take back the Night”. “Against Our Will” “Women Who Kill”..etc — the whole filthy parade of almost psychotic irrationality , hatred and ugliness. I asked mu Sociology Prof and she said “They are books of rage”– I responded, well you just cannot scream and convince anyone. Thats not an argument… Most of these women are emotionally disturbed.. I finally threw them all out a few years back on my dear Mother’s suggestion– ‘Why do you read that stuff?” I just have to know the social curents that are affecting society. I even subscribed to Ms. magazine for 2 years !! I was a glutton for punishment ! But I know my stuff.
Just pick up a couple of these winners– this was circa 1980– I think other gems have mined this same lode since then– Dworkin, MacKinnon, Pollitt—– When I was in law School in the late 80s ,we discussed the efforts of feminists MacKinnon and Dworkin to ban pornography as a “violation of women’s civil rights”– they did it for awhile in Minneapolis… but only heterosexual porn !! Yes– it was reading feminist books before i had much experience with living women that started me off… got me sensitized the wrong way…

To people who accuse me of anti-female sentiments– just read what so many women will say. After you have read so much of it and seen so much, you have to draw rational conclusions. Its an irrational and grossly sexist attitude. Its based on the two premises women hold–
1. Women tell the truth and
2. Women never do anything bad unless a man made them do it, a.so he deserved it and
b. she needs treatment not punishment–
So you end up with anti-male views like– men lie if they disagree with women. Women never, ever lie(except about their bank account). If a man gives differing testimony from a woman, he is therefore, lying. No need for a trial. Just ask the woman what happened. Hence, no woman is ever guilty of anything if they said they did not do it. Can you belive adult women think this primitively.
If a woman admits she did a bad thing– well the man MUST be guilty of making her do it. Thus he deserved to be murdered. She should be lauded !! Punish her — what for ? She is the VICTIM . What “extenuating circumstances”– you assume she is telling the truth. Why do you do that? I appreciate you reading our blog (or is it your comments?) but I honestly think you have said enough to show your disgust for all things female and it’s time for you to read another post(we do have others, you know) and quit railing against women.
I grew up in the sixties and I was not then nor am I now a feminist.
If it hurts you to say these things then why do you say them? And who forced you to read feminist books over and over again?
Let me sum up now: The man is dead. You, having a psychology background, should know when someone is in a depressive state he or she is unaware of his or her surroundings.
For the sake of argument let’s say she told the truth, a novel idea to you but let’s assume it anyway. He kicked her in the face, he forced her to dress like a hooker for him to get turned on, he forced her to watch pornography for his pleasure, he sodomized her against her will and said if she got hurt she could always have surgery. She took all that plus the beatings.
What took the cake was when he tried to smother the baby because he couldn’t sleep through her crying.
He had pointed that shotgun at her many times and she knew where it was. She may not have even known it was loaded, in which case he would have beaten her to a pulp.
She doesn’t remember pulling the trigger(a natural reaction if you are depressed) but she remembers the noise and the smell of the gun powder. Also a natural reaction.
She didn’t stick around to see if she missed because she feared he would really beat the tar out of her.
Now, Mr. Edwards, put yourself in her stacked shoes and wig for a few years and see what you would have done if he had tried to kill your female child.
Remember also they met at a Bible College. She had every right to expect he would treat her with respect and not force her to do things that went against her beliefs, while at the same time obeying the Bible by submitting to her husband. But the Bible doesn’t mean to submit to this kind of abuse because it tells a man to love his wife the way Jesus loves the Church.
Put it all together, take the log out of your eye before talking about the speck in hers, and tell me honestly what you would have done. You don’t have to answer now because it’s going to take time to deprogram yourself. You don’t even have to answer if you don’t want, but I’d really like for you to consider the same facts the jury considered and the body language she used and try to convince me you are right in this case.

1) she merely says these things happen– with no evidence whatever
2) it is contradicted by everything we do know — no reports of abuse etc
3) women allege abuse everytime they kill/maim men– but AHA !– being a woman– you say– because it is always TRUE– back to “women tell the truth” and “Women never do bad things unless men make them “. God– how many times have I pointed it out– and you continue to do it !
This scenario occurs over and over– women always claim abuse and suddenly they don’t remember the killing– it s total BS– lawyers devise that strategy to get them off ! It would be malpractive if he did not.
4. These psychology myths– being depressed does not cause any of her behavior– even the severely mentally ill are aware of their surroundings and act intentionally. Its absurd to say she didn’t remember pulling the trigger– SHE IS TRYING TO GET OFF !!!!! SHE IS LYING !!!!!–= you only believe her because you WANT to.
You list all these evil acts he “did” with absolutely no evidence that he did them ! You slime him and dehumanize on the basis of no evidence whatever. Why– as a woman– you don’t need evidence. A woman said it– it must be true. Its incredible
