I've been at some of the other blogs and you'd think Bush was on the ticket again. To punish him they're going to sit on their laurels and not vote, thereby guaranteeing they won't come close to what they want. This is the best bill possible and they need to accept it. Babies don't start off eating meat; they start off drinking milk and progress to meat. The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. Let this be the one step and we can fine-tune it as necessary while we are on the journey. Great post and research, Sue!
