This should be how we bring Iran's government down. They have oil, but can't refine much of it. They need others to do it. Solution: interdict shipments until the mad mullahs give up the nuke program. Then we go in with extended hand (with rifles behind our back) to help them build refineries. Of course, if the Iranian people want to overthrow the mullahs in the meantime, we won't stop them. Yes, yes, not perfect. But I wonder how much of a club this could be used against Iran?
