Self-explanatory.
Written by GussAccording to a new American Research Group poll, just 25% of Americans approve of the way President Bush is handling his job as president and 71% disapprove. These are record lows for the survey.
When it comes to Bush’s handling of the economy, 23% approve and 73% disapprove.

Every poll has different numbers. Last week Zogby and Rasmussen had Bush at 34% and 39%, so this one seems to be an outlyer. Either way his approval rating is higher than Congress’, and that doesn’t speak well of either. At least his approval rating is low for reasons he believes what he is doing is right and he doesn’t change with the polls. He’s consistent and we have less than 18 months to kick him around some more, so everyone enjoy it while you can.

J,
I understand your concern about polls but it seems that every week things change. Maybe next week he’ll be up to 50 percent, who knows.

Well, this one puts him in Truman territory.
