I did take a look and while I was upset with Fred Tohompson over the manner in which he entered the race (especially given it was the night of the debate), I am willing to wait and hear his thoughts for us as a country before I would make any actual decision. I agree that his campaign has been run poorly, however, I think it is the responsibility of the candidate to keep a watchful eye on events surrounding their run for office. He is the strongest conservative in the race so far so I am hoping I can look to him as a nominee who can win for us in 2008. Thanks for the link Big Mo.

I agree more with Jay Cost of the famed Horserace Blog (the best predictor of the 2004 elections), who gives a much better assessment of Thompson's canidacy and strategy <a href="http://www.realclearpolitics.com/horseraceblog/2007/09/is_thompson_too_late.html" rel="nofollow">here.
