Maybe that's true in some places--I really don't know. It's interesting that when I moved to New Mexico, we had three ethnic groups: Anglos; Hispanic and Native American. Even though my ancestors came from Africa, here I was classified as "Anglo." Maybe this is the only state where Blacks and Whites are lumped into one ethnic group (popular culture; not for census purposes). It’s interesting that he says Blacks and Latinos don’t get along.
