The total disregard by the Justice Dept. and the total incompetence of the National Archives staff is incomprehensible.

The 9-11 commission was a joke from the beginning, but I don't understand why the DOJ didn't take this more seriously. Why are they not getting the polygraph as agreed to in the plea agreement? I can better understand why there was a plea agreement after hearing of the incompetence of the National Archives staff, but I can't figure out what information Sandy Berger is using for blackmail to not go forward with the terms of the plea deal.

Something stinks here and we may never know how much damage this one man working on behalf of Bill Clinton has done to our country.

This is a glaring example of how our government works: You scratch my back and I'll scratch yours.

Disgusting doesn't begin to describe my feelings.

Good catch, Sue, and thank you for posting it.
