Will the New York City government take responsibility when someone freezes to death due to their ridiculous rules?

   Many churches have activities going on in the middle of the week as well as Sundays and can’t be open five days a week for that reason. I suspect these churches open their buildings when the temperatures get extremely cold so those who prefer a park bench or place under a bridge will have a warm place to sleep on those nights when those places are too cold.

   Bloomberg and his city council are idiots.
