Just 36 hours after a suicide watch was lifted on assistant US Attorney John D.R. Atchison he tried to hang himself with a sheet in his jail cell.
Atchison is the assistant prosecutor from the western district of Florida who allegedly flew to Detroit in order to have sex with a five year old girl.
One of the other inmates notified guards he was trying to hang himself and he was rescued before hurting himself.
US Marshals have moved him to a different jail since that incident.
The sad part, apart from this man having a penchant for sex with little girls, is he is married and the father of three children. He was active in his community and has brought disgrace upon his wife and family for something they didn’t do.
John David R. Atchison, an assistant U.S. Attorney from the northern district of Florida has been arrested in a sting operation in which he tried to arrange to have sex with a five year old girl.
An undercover officer posed as a mother offering her child to Atchison for sex, according to police.
Prosecutors said Atchison flew from Pensacola, Fla., to Detroit on Sunday intending to have sex with the 5-year-old girl. …
…The detective, acting as the child’s mother, allegedly arranged a sexual encounter between Atchison and her 5-year-old daughter, police said.
In deposition, detectives said Atchison suggested the mother tell her daughter that “you found her a sweet boyfriend who will bring her presents.”
The undercover detective expressed concern about physical injury to the 5-year-old girl as a result of the sexual activity. Detectives said Atchison responded, ” I am always gentle and loving; not to worry, no damage ever, no rough stuff ever. I only like it soft and nice.”
The undercover detective asked how Atchison can be certain of no injury. He responded, “Just gotta go slow and very easy. I’ve done it plenty,” according to detectives.
It sounds as though he has experience with this sort of thing.
I hope this pig gets thrown behind bars and never gets out.

I had made up my mind I wasn’t going to write about OJ Simpson until and unless he got found guilty of some crime.
I even discussed it with Sue and we agreed we weren’t going to write about it.
Then I read this and began to think about it.
The man got away with double murder scot-free. Now he’s denied bail for a burglary charge and if he’s found guilty will probably spend the rest of his natural life in prison.
Poetic justice for the Brown and Goldman families and justice for his victims finally.
Kathleen Willey has apparently written a book about the inside workings of the Clinton White House, and says the manuscript was stolen in a Sunday night burglary.
Disclaimer: She believes someone associated with the Clintons stole the manuscript, but there is no proof of that accusation and I will not help spread the rumor by stating she’s probably right because I don’t know who did it and I doubt she knows for sure herself.
Kathleen Willey, the woman who says Bill Clinton groped her in the Oval Office, claims she was the target of an unusual house burglary over the weekend that nabbed a manuscript for her upcoming book, which promises explosive revelations that could damage Sen. Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.
Willey told WND little else was taken from her rural Virginia home as she slept alone upstairs – electronics and jewelry were left behind – and she believes the Clintons were behind it.
The break-in, she said, reminded her of the widely reported incident 10 years ago in which she claimed she was threatened near the same Richmond-area home by a stranger just two days before she was to testify against President Clinton in the Paula Jones sexual harassment case.
The theft of the manuscript early Saturday morning was suspicious, she told WND, coming only days after the first mainstream media mention of her upcoming book, which is expected to include accusations of campaign finance violations and new revelations about harassment and threats by the Clintons and their associates.
… The book, “Target: Caught in the Crosshairs of Bill and Hillary Clinton” by World Ahead Publishing, WND Books’ partner, is due for release in November. Willey said the stolen manuscript was not the book’s final copy.
Among its revelations is Willey’s identification of the person who threatened her just prior to her testimony against President Clinton – a man who turned out to be linked to the Clintons.
No harm done about the manuscript, but it certainly has to be disconcerting to know you’ve been burglarized while asleep in your own home.
Again, since there is no evidence as to whom the burglar might be or whom their empolyers, if any, are I’m not going to accuse anyone.
I’m just reporting the manuscript was stolen, but it was not the final manuscript and the book should be interesting.
