(5) Lottacheex should have won first up and I wanted to follow her out of that performance. Up to 1400m looks suitable and she maps to be a bit closer here from barrier 4. From a price perspective I’m happy to have something on her to knock off the fav.

No doubt (8) Tahlequah will be very hard to beat only just missing on debut. The horse who beat her there has since run very well in a much better race. She won’t remain a maiden for long.

(6) Miss Jennifer was hammered in betting on debut and the stable mentioned pre-race that she would be much better as she got out in trip. Subsequently she bolted in over 1200m and now this 1400m bm64 looks a great stepping stone. Liked the way she got through her gears in that run and clearly she has a stack of upside.

(1) Safe Passage will be hard to beat dropping back in grade for this. She’es been competitive in recent runs in 70 grade and should be hard fit now 4th up from a spell. Expect Lane gives her every chance from a low draw.

(5) Love Takes Time is handy enough in her own right and on best form she can win. Not sure barrier 1 is ideal however.
